JW Paris have dropped a new video to their most personal song yet, the new single ‘Leave It Alone’.

The ’90s grunge and Britpop-inspired three-piece featuring Luton duo Danny Collins and Aaron Forde and former Babyshambles drummer Gemma Clarke, teamed up with the video director and director of photography, Alex Estrella.

The single, released on Blaggers Records, is a heartfelt anthem that encapsulates the struggles and triumphs of self-discovery, reminding us all to embrace our imperfections and find solace within ourselves.

The band say that, “’Leave It Alone’ is a deeply personal song that reflects our own inner journey of self-discovery and acceptance. With honest lyrics and a haunting melody, it invites our audience and listeners on an introspective exploration of identity and the longing for inner peace.”

‘Leave it Alone’ follows JW Paris’ first EP and is a heavier look into how we all question our own reality and look for redemption from mistakes we’ve made in the past. The song features lyrics that question who we are as people on the inside and out, such as “Take a look at me, am I who you want to see?

JW Paris’ sound has been developing from birth, with Aaron (Vocals/Bass) and Danny (Vocals/Guitar) knowing each other like brothers, as their Dad’s were in the Luton band Choke throughout the ’90s, who were signed to EMI.

The two guitar-slingers have gone from forming their sound in a 24-hour storage lock-up (then being kicked out) to anywhere now that will let them play loud.

‘Leave It Alone’ was recorded at Buffalo Studios, produced by JB Pilon and mastered by  2023 award-winning engineer at Air Studios.
