Luton Town have announced a pre-season friendly at  Scottish Premiership side Dundee United on Friday July 26.

The preparation game for the Hatters’ return to the Championship is the first summer friendly announced by the club.

United won promotion to the Scottish top flight last season after winning the Championship with Luton goalkeeper Jack Walton playing a starring role while on loan at Tannadice, keeping 19 clean sheets in 36 matches.

The game will kick-off at 7.45pm with Hatters fans given an allocation of 1,000 tickets, but those that can’t make it north of the border can stream the match for £9.99 from Dundee United, with further details still to be announced, along with further pre-season fixtures.
