Town to face La Liga side Celta Vigo as pre-season scheduled confirmed

Luton will finish their pre-season friendly schedule next month with the visit of La Liga side Celta Vigo.

Ahead of their 2024/25 Championship campaign, the Hatters will start their friendly fixtures in ten days with three behind closed doors matches that will be live streamed on the club’s new website video platform LTFC+.

First up, at The Brache, will; be Uwe Rösler’s Danish Superliga side AGF Aarhus on Saturday July 13 and then Town will travel to Slovenia for their usual pre-season training camp where they’ll play against Ukrainian Premier League side FC Rukh Lviv and Turkish Süper Lig club Göztepe.

Luton will then travel to play Dundee United on Friday July 26, a match that will also be streamed by the Scottish Premiership hosts.

A Luton XI will travel to Port Vale on Tuesday July 30 before Town’s Championship preparations conclude by hosting Celta Vigo on August 3.
