Luton have seen off Championship rivals Huddersfield and Scottish Championship leaders Hearts to land Walsall striker Elijah Adebayo on a permanent deal, with manager Nathan Jones saying the 23-year-old has “massive potential”.
The 6ft 4ins forward jumps two divisions to join the Hatters for an undisclosed fee, though it was reported that Huddersfield bid £250,000 on Friday for the Saddlers’ ten-goals man, who came up through the Fulham ranks.
Jones told the club’s website: “We are delighted to get Elijah on board. He is someone who was coveted by a lot of clubs, because he’s one that has massive, massive potential.
“He’s a big physical presence, something that we haven’t got, and he’s someone that we’ve been watching for a while.
“For us to get him shows that once again that we are not just content with signing players for now, but we are looking towards the future and he’s one that will develop here and hopefully become a top player for us.”
Undeniably believe that which you stated. Your favorite justification appeared to be
on the web the easiest thing to be aware of.
I say to you, I certainly get irked while people think about
worries that they plainly do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top
as well as defined out the whole thing without having side-effects
, people can take a signal. Will probably be back to get
more. Thanks
Good day! Would you mind if I share your blog with my zynga group?
There’s a lot of folks that I think would really appreciate
your content. Please let me know. Thanks
You are my breathing in, I possess few blogs and rarely run out from to brand.
Looks to be a great signing, but just the same as with Peter Kioso: too much talk about ‘massive, massive potential’. The future starts now, Nathan. Play him on Saturday. We need goals – home as well as away.
