Luton goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski is reportedly being courted by his former club Anderlecht and Greek club Aris Thessaloniki, with a return to Belgium more likely.

Town signed the stopper from Blackburn in 2023 for their debut season on the Premier League, but the keeper has suffered two successive relegations with the Hatters.

Luton also extended the contract of Jack Walton who had been on loan at Dundee United for the last two seasons, and he is expected to report back from pre-season at The Brache on June 23.

That news in May cast doubt on Kaminski’s future at Kenilworth Road and now Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri has claimed two offers have been made for the 32-year-old.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), he wrote: “Beside RSC Anderlecht, Thomas Kaminski has also a concrete offer from Aris Saloniki. Kaminski give [sic] his preference to Mauve side who’s expected to meet his personal terms. Belgian goalkeeper keen to come back in #JPL… Talks ongoing. Wait&See…

According to another Belgian news outlet, DH les Sports +, Standard Liege also submitted a bid for Kaminski earlier this month, amid a report from English reporter Alan Nixon that Kaminski would prefer to stay in England.

However, a return to the Belgian top flight would see Kaminski move closer to his family in Brussels, just two months after his father passed away, prior to Luton’s final two games of the season.

Anderlecht was where he spent four years before moving to Kortrijk and then Gent until Blackburn brought him to England in 2020.
