JW Paris have just dropped their brand-new video for recently released new single ‘Sober’.

Luton duo Aaron Forde (bass/vocals) and Daniel Collins (guitar/vocals) announced a new third member of the band, with former Babyshambles members Gemma Clarke joining on drums in February. And the newly assembled three-piece followed that up last month with the release of ‘Sober,’ on Blaggers Records, run by Lutonian Alex Forde.

Well-received as ‘a pulverising cut that kicks and snarls like the mongrel cross-breed of Nirvana and Blur‘, the track got some well-deserved airtime on BBC Radio 1’s Future Artist’s Show with Jack Saunders.

Following hot on the heels of that single release, the new video sees singer Forde strutting through Old Street in London, meeting up with Collins, Clarke and a group of rowdy friends along the way before ripping into a blistering performance.

Forde said: “Filming in Old Street isn’t as easy as it sounds. One of our mates got actually run over by a car when shooting the group scene outside. Granted, he’s moonwalked into the road. He’s fine…I think? Unforunately, it didn’t make the final cut.”

See for yourself what did make the edit…
